The contracted length is 75-78cm (29.5-30.7 inches), the longest stretched length is about 140cm (55.1 inches), and the width is 3.8cm (1.5 inches) (all dimensions are measured manually, with an allowable error of 1-3cm). We have almost any color you may want! For the lettering, it can also be any color, 2 colors come with the strap purchase and if you would like to include more colors, please select the correct option. If you do not provide an exact description of how you want the strap to look than I will take creative freedom and design how I feel it best fits!
